Rio Toothy Critter Tapered Leader

Rio’s Toothy Critter Tapered Leaders are an ultra-stiff nylon leader attached to a tough, bite-resistant wire shock tippet that’s ideal for barracuda, lingcod, pike and anything else that has the capability of mistaking your finger for a snack! It comes with two choices available: a nylon coated single strand with a wire snap attached; or a supple nylon coated braided wire that you can knot. Each of these is available with either a 15, 20, 30 or 45 pound wire bite tippet. The two lighter varieties are attached to a 20 pound class tapered leader, while the two heavier ones are attached to a 30 pound class leader.
